📍One of my power moves in LinkedIn Sales Navigator is all around tracking my existing coworkers and seeing when they leave my company and they go to one of the companies in my territory. Here’s how I do it. Open up your lead filters and go to the past company field. In that field you are going to put in your company now for the current company field. You’ll put in your existing territory. This will give you an immediate list of anyone who has ever worked for your brand and is now in your territory. But the power move is hitting save on this search. Now, before you do this, you might want to narrow or broaden the search filters associated with it. If you work for a small organization, keep it really broad.

We wanna know anytime somebody leaves and goes into one of those companies. But if you work for a large organization, perhaps you want to add a search filter around seniority or buyer persona. That way you’re not flooded every single day with thousands of results. The beauty of this is you’ll get a search result notification.

Every time someone leaves your company, updates their profile, and shows that they now work for one of the companies in your territory because they’ve just left. They’ll still be motivated to see your company succeed, and they’ll be more apt to responding to your cold outreach.
