About the Role:

As Head of Content at #samsales Consulting, you will lead the strategy, structure, and storytelling that power the personal brands of top executives, sales leaders, and founders. This role blends creative direction, writing expertise, and strategic advisory—helping clients show up consistently and effectively on LinkedIn and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead content strategy for executive branding campaigns
  • Lead and inspire a growing team of writers
  • Ghostwrite and edit thought leadership posts for LinkedIn
  • Create and maintain editorial calendars with coherent content pillars
  • Analyze program performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Build frameworks that help scale content creation without sacrificing quality
  • Create and update training materials and process documentation
  • Strategically integrate AI tools into processes
  • Conduct thorough research on assigned topics to ensure accuracy and credibility of information
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging innovation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of professional work experience
  • Proven experience in content strategy, executive ghostwriting, or brand storytelling
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn as a platform for thought leadership
  • Leadership presence, excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey decisions with clarity
  • Sound judgment and high-quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge and passion for keeping up to speed on the social media landscape
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, effectively communicating on project timeline, status and results

Bonus If You Have:

  • Background in sales, marketing, or B2B consulting
  • Experience with AI

Note: This role is a 1099 position that is entitled to 35+ days of office closures + unlimited PTO.
